Historically, the summers last approximately 2.9 months, with moderate temperature swings ranging from 62°F up to 90°F. Winters last approximately 3.2 months, with temperatures ranging from 45°F in November, down to the coldest month of the year in December. Average low of 19°F in December, with a high of 36°F.

This portion of Montana gets 13 inches of rain, and 44 inches of snow, on average, per year.

The recreational considerations are endless. Historically the location of this property have consistently produced some giants! Location Details

This ranch sits approximately an hour’s drive east of Billings, MT. From Billings, you would take the second exit in Hardin, then head east on Sarpy Creek Rd, for approximately 20 miles, turning north on Iron Springs Road. A well maintained county road ends on the property.
