The ranch headquarters consist of a 2,990 square foot modern four-bedroom three bath home, a shop, calving barn and corrals. Two center pivots covering 180 acres are located near the headquarters and are used for forage production.

The ranch is divided into seven pastures, providing effective range management and rotation. The present owner has never over grazed and range conditions are very good. Calving takes place in March and April; the present owner weans and backgrounds the calves in the fall and markets them near year end.

The ranch offers many sporting opportunities including wildlife viewing and hunting for trophy mule deer, black bear, and the occasional elk, while the upland bird populations include chukar partridge, Hungarian partridge, ring neck pheasant, and sage grouse.

The old stagecoach route between Bridger and Bowler cuts through the heart of the ranch and the Billboards etched into the sandstone rocks from that period, can still be seen today. Many fossils have been found on the ranch including the largest Deinonychus discovered in 1964, currently being presented at the museum of the Rockies.
